Dodik Claims Victory in Bosnian Elections

Balkans

Milorad Dodik has claimed victory in the Bosnian elections. The pro-Russian politician dominated the campaign and inflamed divisions, despite not appearing on the ballot. It is a clear signal that Moscow still views the Balkans as its personal playground.
