If the missiles were indeed a bargaining chip, we have to consider if this creates a precedent for future crises. Could this encourage other regional actors to use similar brinkmanship if they believe it leads to favorable trade concessions?
Does the framework actually include a verification mechanism for the nuclear side... or is it just a verbal agreement to stop? I'm curious if the IAEA is actually getting back in the room...
