Suppose the bottleneck is not the blueprints but the precision tooling required for these components. Would this still be a shift toward industrialization if the critical machinery still has to be imported from the UK?
To that point, does the report specify if this includes the source code for the seekers or just the physical airframe specs? The former is where the actual capability lives.

This is huge because of the component volume... if they can localize the guidance systems, they can iterate on the software way faster than waiting for UK updates!
Reminds me of the US sharing Tomahawk tech during the Cold War. The iteration phase usually takes years, not weeks, due to the calibration needs of the sensors.
software iterations won't matter if they can't source the high grade alloys for the casing.
